The Savannah

Savannah Cat

The second place finisher on our list of the world’s most expensive cat breeds is a hybrid between a domestic cat and a Serval, which is a wild feline from Africa.

There are a total of 5 classifications for Savannahs, ranging from F1 to F5. F1 Savannah cats are about 50% Serval, while F5 Savannah cats are approximately 11% Serval.

The price of a Savannah cat primarily depends on two factors: gender and classification.

For example, F1 females can cost up to $20,000, whereas F5 males can cost just $1,000

Savannah cats are very energetic and require a lot of exercise. They are also highly curious and intelligent, and their social skills can be compared to that of dogs.
